Its been a while since I’ve posted, mainly because I have been so busy lately. A lot of my time has been occupied by physics, which is going at a faster pace and should finish in February. In physics, we are currently working on momentum and equilibrium, the experiment for which is due in a week or two.

Since we have to design our own experiment for each unit, I have to put a lot of thought into what I’m going to do. It can’t be so complicated and long that I run out of time, but at the same time it can’t be so simple that it doesn’t demonstrate my abilities.

For the our current unit, momentum and equilibrium I have yet to chose an experiment. It will probably be calculating the equilibrium. I have yet to decide on the number of masses I will uses in the experiment. When I am finished I will likely upload the write up and a few pictures of it.

P.S. I will post my other physics experiments in the near future.

This Week At The Hub

This week at inquiry hub there has been a few interesting things that have happened.One of such things was the open house the other day. There were many people who attended the open house which was very nice. The prospect of new students is very interesting to me. The people who attended the open house got a tour of the school and were able to ask questions about the school.

Next Inquiry

I have been thinking about what I would like to do for my next inquiry. Since I have more time for the next one, I think that I would like to design or make something like an engine or build a wind turbine of some sorts. Ya, I something to do with creating energy.

Finally!

finally after about 2 weeks of delaying myself I have started on my English short story. I have no idea how long this is going to take me but I hope that when I finished that it will be of the best possible quality that I can achieve.

End of January

January is finally over :). I am now 1/2 way through science, halfway through English, still in the middle of  socials and math was finished along time ago. All I think I can finish sceince soon, and when I get that out of the way I will only have 3 subjects left.

Another Day…

Well today was just another day at the hub. Had a topical workshop in the morning having to do with the industrial revolution, got a paper from it finished that. Had lunch went to gym, did gym there. Got back, Jay helped me fix my game. I was stuck on a problem for a while but Jay fixed that. Thanks Jay. Ya just another day.

Presentation Day (The real one)

It seems that the other day I did not present so it wasn’t the moment of truth. Instead Liam and I presented today, with a power point presentation that wasn’t to its fullest potential. The actual presentation itself could have gone better, but we learn for our mistakes. I know what I should do for next time. Most of it was stuff like fix the gender bias but their are more boys then girls in our school so ya. Get a bigger sample size, definitely could have fix that. That kind of stuff.
