January is finally over :). I am now 1/2 way through science, halfway through English, still in the middle of  socials and math was finished along time ago. All I think I can finish sceince soon, and when I get that out of the way I will only have 3 subjects left.

Well today was just another day at the hub. Had a topical workshop in the morning having to do with the industrial revolution, got a paper from it finished that. Had lunch went to gym, did gym there. Got back, Jay helped me fix my game. I was stuck on a problem for a while but Jay fixed that. Thanks Jay. Ya just another day.

I just figured out a few days ago that I had been doing the wrong work in french for the past 3 months. Now I have to scramble to finish what I’m really suppose to do. Fun stuff.

A few weeks ago I got myself a new inquiry. It’s to program a working draw poker game, and it is proving to be a challenging task.

It seems that the other day I did not present so it wasn’t the moment of truth. Instead Liam and I presented today, with a power point presentation that wasn’t to its fullest potential. The actual presentation itself could have gone better, but we learn for our mistakes. I know what I should do for next time. Most of it was stuff like fix the gender bias but their are more boys then girls in our school so ya. Get a bigger sample size, definitely could have fix that. That kind of stuff. Today is presentation day for our 3rd inquiry. We have our essay paper thing ready. Might not make allot of sense but at least it did in my head. I hope it makes sense to the teaches and principals. We’ll see, the moment of truth awaits.

It`s been a while I know I kinda got distracted, but anyway I`m almost done my third inquiry. All i have to do is get the results for one more person, then I can finalize all the charts and put it into a video if I have the time. If I end up running out of time then I may have to just fall back on a very boring/dull powerpoint presentition.

I am now almost done my inquiry. I did most of the work, but now all that’s left to do are some calculations and the presentation. I have 4 days left to finish this, and I think I can do it. But not to skip over the whole morning, we finished our test/survey for the study on happiness. Then we did our online courses, but the internet was really slow, and my screen look like fifty shades of gray. All I have to work on now is the calculation of installation, I calculated that it would cost $21,996 without the installation. Mr. Sarte said that people spend something like $20,000,  that number  is somewhat close to what people spend on a kitchen renovation. So it  is in a realistic price range, but mind you that the house we are calculating this with is 25% smaller.

We did the happiness stuff this morning, it was fun, I actually didn’t struggle with an idea for once. After that I did some Rosetta Stone french, and I realized that it understands you better when you speak slowly. After lunch I did my inquiry and had some issues. Me and Liam calculated that with 20 solar panels, that we could produce more than enough energy for the house. It something seemed wrong, a calculation. I think that it had something to do with the fact that the solar panels produced 225 watts. It didn’t say if it ways watt hours or watt months or what. It really made me confused, because with those solar panels I wouldn’t need the expensive wind turbine. Because I would be able to produce 8212 kilowatts per year. But it just doesn’t sound right. I’ll ask my dad tonight though how much energy that would be. I asked Mr. Sarte just now and it seems totally reasonable, which is really surprising.
